Jane Monroe put her more than 10 years combined experience in the construction industry to good use when she founded CNS in the summer of 1997. Her previous experience as a Reporter at a large national construction data company and as a Project Manager's Assistant for a well-established General Contracting firm taught her the ins and outs of the field. More importantly, she understood both sides of the coin.

Jane knew how to gather data, where the traditional establishments were failing, and how Contractors needed to use it. Today, in 2008, her efforts and foresight have withstood the test of time. For nearly 11 years CNS has made it our mission to facilitate relationships between Contractors and project decision makers to close the gap in industry communications.

CNS continues to be the sole provider of exclusive, pre-bid, private construction leads in the state and is constantly expanding into new territories. We're dedicated to furthering the development and prosperity of the construction community. We take pride in serving construction professionals, and uncovering the private market gems that compelled Jane to start a better construction lead business in the first place.
